Split level homes are the best solution for sloping sites.

As a custom new split level home builder around Sydney’s Southern and Eastern suburbs, we often build many split level homes for sloping sites.

They are such a popular style of construction with our clients, mainly due to the fact they look so unique compared with standard two storey houses.

Just in case you didn’t know, a split level home is an architectural style where the floor level of one part of the house is higher or lower than the other parts of the house without being a full level apart, i.e. We split a full level to suit the slope.

A typical split level design would follow the contours of the land giving an interesting `layered` look. It also allows more opportunity to create a complete custom appearance that is actually made to suit the land rather than trying to make a standard design `fit` the block.
